That morning was beautiful. I woke up at five in the morning for a sunrise shoot with my dad, and everything was covered in fog. it was like those dreams you have, where you can only see what’s in front of you, and the rest fades into nothingness. I had originally planned to shoot at an abandoned drive- in theater but the gate was locked and it was too high to climb. so instead we drove around, just looking for a place to shoot because I didn’t want to waste the beautiful morning. we ended up at this bridge, and the fog was so thick and the bridge so long, you couldn’t see the end of it. I think that’s what I liked the most about it. so I shot my photo completely spontaneously, and I wanted it to feel that way. free and open. (the buildings were added in post production, from some shots I took in DC a while back.)
A bit of film noir, a bit of "Silent Hill" and a bit of dream consciousness. I like it.

This is so beautiful! This looks like a dream. I absolutely love the way the scenery fades into white, and how its mystery contrasts with your defined, dark dress and hair. This is an absolutely gorgeous shot!!
