Technically, there's nothing i would criticise, you did a very good job!
The composition is fine and the colours are good - but i think, this picture lacks of impact. There are a few cute details - the house on the shoulder, the strand of hair, the painted nails - but nothing that really stands out.
The picture corresponds hardly to the title and the concept. You can see some light through the window of the house, but not more than this, and the pose does not really help to bring the concept out. It conveys a feeling of "i don't want to leave home", but tells not much about the "don't forget me" thoughts.
I've looked through your gallery and i think you take quite good conceptual photos, but this one could be better.
